0-1 degrees of all signs in predictions means the beginning something.
29 degrees of all signs in predictions means the ending of something..
0-1 degrees of the Cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, are extremely critical degrees.
In predictive astrology, they represent a jump start. 0-1 of Libra oftentimes signifies the beginning of a relationship in predictive astrology.
0-1 degrees of Taurus is always permanent, in prediction, for good or bad.
0-1 degrees of Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius is long lasting. Fixed signs signify permanence, stability and things that last. What has begun will more than likely last, in prediction.
0-1 degrees of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces are beginnings subject to change. Mutable signs always signify adaptability, restlessness and change. In precition, nothing may come of what has started.
29 degrees of Pisces is a permanent ending in predictive astrology, as is 29 degrees of Taurus. Beyond these degrees, there is no hope of continuation.
13 and 26 degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn give special importance to the planet(s) or house cusps occupying the degree. The affairs ruled by the planets, the affairs ruled by the houses ruled by the planets or by the houses these degrees are on point to something of the above mentioned occuring in the life of the chart owner.
9 and 21 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius are critical degrees but with a tendency to misfortune. 21 degrees of Scorpio is a definite loss natally and in prediction, but the loss is not necessarily negative.
4 and 17 are the critical degrees of the Mutuable Signs, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces.
15 degrees of Leo is one of the worst degrees in the zodiac. Either natally or in prediction. It is prominent in the charts of serial killers, felons serving life sentences, hard luck, etc.
25 degrees of Leo is also violent. In predictive astrology, problems will result from this placement according to the affairs it rules and/or house it is in. This is a very strong degree of alchoholism. Many who are chronic alcoholics have prominent planets on the 25th degree of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius. Especially strong if Neptune is involved.
15 Degrees of Taurus, Scorpio and Aquarius are also unfortunate, but not to the extent as 15 degrees of Leo.
16, 17, 18, 19, 22 and 25 degrees of Taurus are all degrees of violence.
9 and 17 degrees of Gemini; 9 degrees of Virgo and Pisces are degrees of homocide.
6 Degrees of Cancer possible physical disability and to a lesser extent, 6 degrees, Libra, Capricorn and Aries. Especially if the planet occupies the first house.
6 Degrees of Leo/Aquarius is bad for eyesight.
12 Degrees of Leo, degree of beauty.
9 degrees of Pisces is one of the worst degrees in the Zodiac.
9 Degrees of Sagittarius, is a warrior degree, and also a degree of homocide.

Birth Angels and Astrology
Out there, in nowadays' astrology land, there are so many theories and attempts to understand astrological influences. Modern man disputes them ad infinitum, bringing up issues of free will and destiny, in many ways
One very interesting theory I came across lately is the correlation between angels and astrology. Reading a book written by Terah Cox: "Birth Angels: Fulfilling Your Life Purpose and Potential with the 72 Angels of the Tree of Life", I became aware of some of these correlations. They are particularly interesting since we all know that astrology is it is not an abstract theory, an intellectual exercise or some mathematics of the universe, but a living science, the breath of the cosmos. This is why, it is so important to be reminded that astrology should be an active connection to the higher energies and spiritual beings.
At the basic level, the universe is all objective. Think at Newton's rules for the physical world. As we advance in understanding towards more subtle levels of science, the universe becomes more and more subjective. In quantum physics, the scientist is part of the experiment. At that level, there isn't anymore a fixed reality to be measured or studied.
In astrology, as we are looking forward to reaching a more subtle level of understanding, we may find the angelic correlation to astrology quite useful.
The tradition says that there are 72 Angels or Divine Energies, in correlation with specific astrology elements such as zodiac degrees, signs, planets or units of time. These energies, emerging from the Divine, can help us greatly to overcome our limitations and extend the reach of our free will. The Angels do this by activating in us the Divine Attributes that they embody.
We often refer to these Angels as Guardian Angels, Divine Messenger, Emissaries of Light, Bestowers of Grace or Bringers of Miracles. The 72 Angels are the inhabitants of the Nine Angelic Choirs of the tree of Life. A good metaphor by Omraam Michael Aivanhov, an illuminated master of Bulgarian origin who lived in France in the 20th century, is that of a transformer: the Angels would represent an electrical device that decreases a high-voltage source (Divinity) so that it can be plugged into a low-voltage receptor (humans). Conversely, when we invoke, pray or appeal to the Divine, the Angels serve as "amplifiers" to transmit our small and finite communication to the vast and infinite Divine.
Terah Cox further explains in her book the angelic - astrological correlations, although not correctly from an astrological point of view. However, for a person initiated in astrology, the truth is quite obvious.
This is how this should be understood:
Each angel governs over a 5-degree span in the zodiac, corresponding to the time when the transiting Sun travels through that area. The Angel ruling the 5-degree zodiac area of the natal Sun is called the Incarnation Angel and has the strongest influence on our lives, especially on our physical/existential nature.
In addition, each Angel rules 5 separate degrees of the zodiac (in quintile aspect to each other). There is a different degree-Angel for that. The Angel corresponding the natal Sun is called the Heart Angel and has influence on our emotional nature.
Next, there is the Intellect Angel influencing our mental processes, intellect. This kind of Angel is associated with 20 minutes intervals of time of each day, starting at midnight. So, all 72 Angels have a correspondence with 20 minutes, 72x20=1440 minutes, which equals 24 hours. Obviously to me, the intervals starting at midnight is highly questionable, since the midnight is a conventional moment, depending on the time zone and daylight saving time. Therefore, I presume that they actually start at LMT midnight, which is the moment when the Sun is conjunct the local IC (Immum Coeli), 4th house cusp.
These three Angels, the Incarnation Angel, the Heart Angel and the Intellect Angel, represent our Birth Angels, which have most influence and connection with us. An Angel is strongest during its days and times of dominion; therefore it is especially effective to work with them during those periods. It may help us maximize particular qualities and functions in our physical/existential nature (Incarnation Days), our emotional nature (Heart Days) or our intellectual nature (Intellect Days). This way, as we become more connected/inhabited by the Angelic presences, our clarity and wholeness increase until we become reflections of the Angels themselves.
In addition to these angelic - astrological connections, there are sign & planet correlations, such as: Vehuiah is associated with Aries/Uranus, Jeliel with Aries/Saturn and so on.
As a conclusion, I think that this is a very important field of study, which can enhance greatly astrology practice, by opening a direct path from the astrological chart to the spiritual worlds.
An example: Mercury at the time of writing this article was transiting the area of the zodiac governed by the Angel Anauel, who, according to the book, establishes communication between inner and outer worlds, helps to bring wisdom and spiritual values to the individual as well as to the global community and abolishes old beliefs that divide and alienate.

Void of Course Moon
Definition
The term VOID OF COURSE refers to the condition of the Moon between the moment it performed the last major aspect with another planet in its current sign and the moment of stepping into the next sign.
The abbreviation of "void of course" is VOC.
No aspects, no events
The old rule is this: "no aspects, no events". It is commonly considered in the traditional astrology that the Moon carries the signification of the upcoming events, but only when she relates to other planets by a major aspect. The nature of the other planet and of the aspect, the position by sign and house of both the Moon and the other planet, will determine the kind of event to expect. When there are no further aspects to perform in Moon's current sign, no relevant events may happen.
Psychological influence
The void of course Moon periods are characterized by inconsistency, a weird feeling of being somehow detached of reality and immersed into the cosmos, into the interplanetary space, floating somewhere among the rings of Saturn or the hoard of asteroids. Evidently, this is very beneficial for the spiritual oriented people who will find this time as most auspicious for their spiritual endeavors.
Benefits of this period
Everyone can benefit from this moments, the void of course Moon periods are truly great for taking a break from the common activities, for relaxing, for listening to music or reading literature, for catching up with house work or other routine activities that do not require much focus.
What not to do during this time
The void of course Moon periods are most unfavorable to do anything that require a specific desired outcome, with a very wide range of actions that include sending emails or faxes, applying for a job or contest, asking for favors, getting married or going out to date someone for the first time, starting a lawsuit or a business, announcing anything, buying important items such as a car, a property, etc.
The basic rule is: when you want something to happen, if you want to be successful, avoid the void of course Moon periods, at all costs.
However, if you wish something not to happen, then choose this moment. Example: suppose that you want to avoid a conflict with someone, but you have to visit him/her, go there during a void of course Moon period.
Technical details
These periods occur every two days and a half, which is the average time of the Moon's passing through a sign. They last usually a couple of hours, the range being from a few minutes to even the entire two days and a half period, when the Moon makes no major aspects to other planets from its current astrological sign.
The void of course Moon period is only interrupted by Moon's aspects to the Part of Fortune (Pars Fortunae), a virtual point calculated by the formula Ascendant+Moon-Sun during the day (from sunrise to sunset) and Ascendant+Sun-Moon during the night (from sunset to sunrise). These ephemeral aspects last usually a few tens of minutes and are "astrologer's honor saviors", as they allow selecting a decent moment for a client to perform an action, during an otherwise negative period for action. Of course, this applies to the positive aspects of the Moon to the Part of Fortune (conjunction, sextile and trine).
William Lilly, a most reputed medieval astrologer, said that when the Moon is void of course in Taurus, Sagittarius, Pisces, and Cancer, it "performs somehow", that is when the Moon currently occupies a sign where a benefic planet (Venus or Jupiter) is exalted or ruler, it can lead to a favorable outcome in selected cases.
More on Void of Course Moon
void of course Moon
I'd like to share some more thoughts and observations on this influence, which seems to have a great importance in our life. (previous article: here)
First, it is to be mentioned that the void of course Moon occurs very often. This only increases its relevance: every two days and a half there is a void of course Moon period that lasts for several hours. It could be during the working hours, seriously interfering with our daily activities, or it could be during the night with little to no importance at all.
As I'm writing during a void of course Moon I hope that this article will just give you the narration of a first-hand experience with this influence, rather than be a failure by itself.
It is generally known that when the Moon is void of course it is not a good time to start anything because it will eventually fail. It is especially a bad time to plan things, but also to try to reach concrete goals, to materialize ideas.
I think it happens by altering our mental perception. I've noticed many times how the same idea that occurred to me to be great during a void of course Moon period, would seem to be actually to be dull afterwards. Even more, this period seems sometimes to be very prolific in ideas that proved to be very inconsistent and useless.
In time, I've learned not to trust any new idea that came to me during this time. I just check the current astrological chart and keep in mind that the Moon is void of course and postpone any plans and ideas until it is over.
It is not easy to accept that our lives are so greatly influenced by the "stars", but it is wise to accept it and live with it the best we can. I feel that it is very important for us to be very aware of this influence, more than any other transiting astrological influence.
It is all about efficiency. In the time we will learn how to use effectively this period for maintaining operations and other less important activities. Some businesses should even close their doors during this time, if the nature of their activity doesn't allow them to slow down.
So, what is this period good for, then?
If you're at home, use this time in order to get some sleep or to rest, you'll have a very good and deep sleep. Clean the house, eat, watch television, pay a visit to someone you don't particularly like but you have to visit. Do those tasks and activities that you usually don't have the patience to perform; you'll find out that you can work quite diligently. You can even schedule them to be done only during a void of course Moon.
Pray, meditate or study a spiritual matter. The mind is naturally turned inside; very little disturbing thoughts will come up. This is a great tip for a successful spiritual life in our times when everything is done in haste and one doesn't have the patience to just sit and pray.
It is not a proper time to do astrology, at least not those branches of astrology that require one to reach a very specific goal: electional astrology or rectification of the birth time. You might study a natal chart, though, your understanding of it will benefit from your intuition or some spiritual meditative approach.
Check on a daily basis the void of course periods. Follow the above recommendations. Carefully observe what happens. You will notice an important improvement in your overall efficiency.

How to read an Astrology Chart
The Chart Ruler; the most important planet:
The most important factor in the astrology chart is the chart ruler(s). The planet(s) ruling the ascending sign(s) and planets (if any) in the 1st house. There can be more than one ascending sign, in the case of an intercepted sign in the 1st house. In a natal chart, the ruler represents whosever chart it is. In predictive charts the ruler represents the person/entity the chart is drawn up for.
What sign is the ruling planet in? Unless there is a stellium, or more than 2 planets in another sign, the personality will be influenced most by the sign the ruler is in. If there is more than one ruler, this will add another aspect to the personality, blend the two. Three or more and the individual is complex, with different aspects of the personality and reactions at different times. If the signs are very different from each other, ie, Aries and Pisces. On one hand the individual can be outgoing some of the time and introverted at other times.
The sign the ruler is in is more iportant than the sun or moon sign.
What house?
Whatever affairs are ruled by this house, they will assume importance in the life. For example, the chart ruler in the 12th will give psychic ability, the need for solitude, behind the scenes activity.
What degree?
If on a bad degree, the person will have a hard life, but the rest of the chart must be taken into consideration.
Is it intercepted or retrograde?
If the ruler is intercepted or retrograde, the latter half of the life will be better than the early years. A retrograde ruler and the person is a late bloomer, especially if more than two planets are retrograde.
What other planets aspect it?
What is the tightest aspect?
The tighter the aspect, the more pronounced it is in the personality and/or life. Tight aspects, especially if exact, set off events when transited by other planets. Look to the house placements for the type of event and the natures of the planets involved.
Is it conjunct any fixed stars? nodes?
This will be influenced by the fixed star. The south node is bad. The north node is positive and indicates special ability/talent. See sign and house placement.
STELLIUMS: Three or more planets in a certain sign. In a natal chart, the sign will be dominant in the personality.
When the stellium is transited by other planets, major life events will occur, as to the nature of the transiting planets. The house that contains the stellium; the areas of life represented by the house will assume importance in the person's life. The stellium adds much emphasis to the house affairs in the person's life.
TIGHT ASPECTS: Aspects occuring 2 degrees or less, add emphasis to that aspect. Exact aspects, especially if more than two planets tie in, are indicative of a life event that is fated.
THE MOON'S NODES: Planets conjunct the nodes are of special importance. The nodes are of fate.
Planets conjunct the north node are benifitted. The south node is bad and when conjunct a planet, especially if tight, this is very bad for the affairs ruled by the house with the sign ruled by the planet.
There will be misfortune here.
What houses are the nodes in?
Do the nodes line up with anything?
Again, this is fated, especially if they line up with 2 or more planets, angles, house cusps. The year this takes place can be seen in the solar return. More on this in prediction.
PLANETARY CONFIGURATIONS: T-Squares, grand trines; the focal/apex planet, etc.
OVEREMPHASIS/LACK OF AN ELEMENT, QUALITY, ASPECT, UNASPECTED PLANETS
HEMISPHERE EMPHESIS:
The majority of the planets on the eastern half (The directions are backwards on an astrology chart) MC (Midheaven) to IC, this person runs their own life and hates interference from others. They are independent, self starters and rely upon themselves.
Majority on the western half (IC to MC) indicates a need for others, others have a say, in extreme cases, control in a person's life, or dependence on others for survival (rare).
Majority in the north (bottom half, ascendant-decendant)
Personal privacy is important here. This person needs time alone and a sense of security regarding personal things an private life.
Majority in the south (top half) Here we have the outgoing people. Those who don't mind being the center of attention, or before the public. Most are extroverted and enjoy leadership roles.
CHART SHAPE
PLANETS OR/OR HOUSE CUSPS ON BAD DEGREES, OR FORTUNATE DEGREES
Bad degrees are unfortunate for the affairs ruled by the planet and the house placements. These areas of life are where we will find trouble and problems. For example Mars on a bad degree is bad for the affairs ruled by the house with Aries on the cusp. Fortunate degrees should be noted to find where sucess will pay off and where natural gifts, talents and abilities are.
PLACEMENT OF AND ASPECTS TO SATURN
Saturn is where we get our ass kicked. Hard aspects, ie, conjunctions, semi-squares, squares, sesi-squares, inconjuncts and oppositions from Saturn to other planets, the tighter the aspect, the more problems/misfortune involved for the expression of the planet's energies and the house the planet rules and sometimes the house it is in.
IMPORTANT/SENSITIVE POINTS:
VERTEX/ANTI-VERTEX- These are important to fated relationships. Often loved ones or others for good or ill will have an important point or planet conjunct the vertex/antivertex. At the first meeting/beginning of a relationship, many times the other person's progressed planet(s) will cojoin this point.
EAST POINT/WEST POINT
A planet conjunct one of these points is emphasised in the chart. When conjuct either of these points, the planet becomes stronger, also the affairs ruled by the house with the sign on the cusp ruled by the planet assume more importance.
PRENATAL ECLIPSE
This is much like the vertexes. Relationships.
MIDPOINTS
Midpoints are important when there is a planet conjunct them or coming into conjunction by transit or progression.

Planetary Configurations - Grand Trines
IN FIRE
Those who have fire grand trines are usually very outgoing and charismatic or self absorbed. Either way, there is much emphasis on the self. These people have big egos, along with a sense of self importance, they are proud and can be selfish.
There is tremendous creative ability. They prefer to be active. Sometimes they enjoy dangerous pursuits which they throw themselves into fearlessly, as they are adventurous. Here is someone who hates to be subordinate. Independent and self starting, they hate interference from anyone. These people can be over confident
In love matters, fire, being a royalty element, they expect total devotion, attention and even service from their partners. Unfortunately, this is not a two way street. Unless their partners are very direct about their own needs, the fire trine person often will ignore them, as they are into themselves.
The fire element is energetic and vital. This gives a high energy level and is good for the health. This also gives strong resistence to infection and stamina.
IN EARTH
Money, physical pleasure and sensuality are important to these people, more so than to everyone else. They are organizers and planners. Security is of prime importance and they dislike spontaneity, unless there are many planets in the mutable signs. These people can be very self indulgent. The earth element gives tremendous endurance, stubborness and determination.
Many are hard working and their lives can revolve around their work and business. They do not like to take risks or gamble. They have good timing, as most think ahead and do not rush into things.
These people can have a dullness about them as they are not outgoing like the fire people, but they are reliable and lead more organized lives. Their lives can become stuck in the same old routines. Work and productivity are highly valued, often above all else.
IN AIR
Here we have the intellectual. These people can live in their heads so to speak. They are idealistic, value wisdom and education. Being ideaistic, they can be impractical. Air, by itsef is a cool, intellectual element. These people dislike relationships where many demands are put upon them. Communication and discussion with others is important to them. They are good at argument.
Unlike fire and water, air is not very passionate, preferring to relate to others intellectually. A good talk and commuicative understanding are more important to these people. These people are versatile and can be many different things to many different people, as they adapt. They are impersonal and can look at things in a detached way, seeing both sides to an issue. They make excellent writers, journalists and have much talent where communication is involved.
IN WATER
Water is the element of emotion and feeling. Here we have the psychic. These people can often feel what others are feeling or thinking. Like the fire element, water gives creativity. Water trine individuals are super sensitive Water is the element of fertility and can give large families. These people can be escapists. Daydreams and fantasies. Water people are often artistic.
There is much empathy for others and a strong sense of justice. The suffering of others and the world deeply affects them. If there are several planets are in Cancer and Scorpio, these people hold grudges and can make dangerous enemies.
DISSOCIATE GRAND TRINE
This is where one planet is out of place. Check the element the other two are in. The traits will be weaker, than the pure elemental grand trine.
RETROGRADE PLANETS
The more planets that are retrograde, the more emphasis on the later years of life. The house(s) ruled by the retrograde planets indicate affairs that will occur later in life. For example, the marriage house, marriage or love can occur after 30. Also many retrograde planets can make one introverted and shy.
TheSUN and MOON are never retrograde.
MERCURY= sometimes slow in learning or understanding
VENUS= love comes later in life, sometimes a lack of interest here; shy
MARS= holding all the anger in. Seething inside, keeping emotions bottled up. Much worse if Mars is in Cancer, Libra, or Pisces.
The outer planets are generational influences, but are important in relation to putting a hold on the affairs of the houses they rule.

Special & Malefic Degrees, and Fixed Stars
As if the planets didn't provide enough data (often contrary), there are certain degrees of the zodiac which can also affect a planet, and the outcome of the matter. Horary astrologers vary as to how many of these special degrees (often called "critical" degrees) they employ.
"The" Critical Degrees.
These degrees are derived from the average daily motion of the moon, and the zodiac's division into "Mansions of the Moon." (Anthony Louis gives a good explanation of how these degrees are derived in his book Horary Astrology Plain and Simple. I won't go into it here.) The degrees of division between the mansions are sensitive areas; according to Goldstein-Jacobson, when a relevant planet occupies a critical degree, it "will bring matters to a critical point, a crisis, or to a head, as in an illness or a quarrel." These degrees repeat around the zodiac, and are:
Cardinal Signs: 0, 13, 26
Fixed Signs: 9, 21
Mutable Signs: 4, 17
0, 15, 29 Degrees
The beginning and ending degrees of any sign signify transition. The symbolism is obvious: a planet at 29° is about to enter a new sign, a new state or environment, and can signify a critical event that must occur before the situation resolves: It is at a climactic moment. Goldstein-Jacobsone says that a planet in 29° shows that a person is "about to make a definite change." It can also show desperation, impatience, misfortune.
According Aphorism 30 of Bonatus' Anima Astrologiae, however:
When a planet that is Significator, or the Moon, shal have past the 29th degree of the Sign wherein it is, and touches the 30th, and especially if it have passed one minute of that degree; for then it shall have no strength in that Sign, but in the next; so that if in the first it signified any evil, it shall hurt the person or thing threatened no more than the fall of a house shall one that is just got out of it; or being with one foot upon the threashold, has one behind him that throws him out; and then the building falls. And if it signifies any good, it shall profit no more than he that hath spread a nest for birds, and just touches the feathers of their tails, but never catches their bodies; and therefore 'Zael' says, If a planet or the Moon be in the 29th degree of any Sign, its virtue is yet in that Sign wherein he is; because he has not yet wholly past the 30th degree.
A planet at 0°, on the other hand, has already passed the climactic moment, and is in a phase of denouement, or just entering a new environment, fresh circumstances, etc. In both degrees, look for the strength of the planet both in the sign is passing from, and that which it is passing into to gauge which set of circumstances is better for the querent.
The middle of a sign shows stability, solidity, a tendency not to make any changes, especially in Fixed signs.
Nodal Degrees
When a significator sits in the same degree occupied by the Moon's Nodes, it may assume a malefic influence from the Nodes--even if it is in a different sign. For instance, if the Moon's North and South Nodes are at 28°Gem48', and 28°Sag48', then a planet at, say, 28°Aries01' would be affected--as it would be anywhere in degree 28 of any sign. Ivy Jacobson doesn't mince words about this: "Any planet or angle in the same degree as the Nodes points to a catastrophe, casualty, fatality or tragedy in a horary or natal chart, the more far-reaching when a malefic is involved." Anthony Louis says that a planet in the nodal degrees shows a "fateful event," but not necessarily unpleasant. Other horary astrologers don't even use the Nodes. In any case, remember that this is on piece of information that needs to be sythesized with other information in the chart.
Fixed Stars
Fixed stars aren't really fixed. Compared to the planets, they appear fixed, but their positions do in fact change. I consider conjunctions with fixed stars using a tight orb of 1°. I imagine that all decent astrology calculation programs will provide current positions for the stars. Astrowin, which is free, will print a data sheet that includes the positions of a selection of fixed stars.
Some astrologers use fixed stars, some don't. Lilly did. Olivia Barclay, though, believed that since the influence of stars are powerful and long-lasting that, in general, they are not of much use in passing matters--precisely the sort of matters horary astrology is often called upon to address.
Stars, like planets, have malevolent, neutral, or beneficial natures, and their natures are often described in terms of planets with whom they share characteristics. Here is a list of planets, their positions (as of November 2001), and their natures. I used Astrowin to generate it:

Generally, the only ones I look at are the ones listed in Anthony Louis' book Horary Astrology Plain and Simple. He provides a longer list of stars in an appendix.
Caput Algol: Signifies "losing one's head" over a matter...either figuratively, or literally. Very malefic. Jacobson qualifies the influence of Algol by implying that a significator must suffer additional affliction for Algol's to be fully felt.
Alcyone: Also very malefic.
Regulus: Traditionally called "Cor Leonis," or the Heart of the Lion, this is, according to Louis, "the most benefic star in the universe." The star gives wealth, glory, victory.
Vindemiatrix: Traditionally, the star of widowhood. Malefic. According to Jacobson, especially significant in questions about domestic issues.
Spica: Benefic. Lies in the Via Combusta (15° Libra to 15° Scorpio). A planet within a 1° conjunction of Spica is protected against the heat of "the fiery way."
Arcturus: Lies at 24Lib14. Benefic. Same helpful influence as Spica.
For a more comprehensive list of fixed stars, consult The Fixed Stars website.
Other Malefic Degrees
Serpentis: This is always at 19° Scorpio; it does not change. Traditionally, it is regarded as, "The cursed degree of the accursed sign." According to Jacobson, this degree is particularly relevent in questions concerning partnerships, and the acquisition of animals.
Pleiades. 29 Taurus. "The Weeping Sisters." Malefic. A planet or angle here suggests that there will be something to cry about.
22° Leo. A degree listed by Anthony Louis, and signifying a tendency to be the agent of one's own undoing, or to work against oneself.
